Ninety seconds, one car, and a city of right-angle corners. The throttle is not yours — the car always accelerates. All you do is steer, and hold the drift. Break traction and the car's nose and its direction of travel come apart, and that slide is the only thing that pays: every half-second sideways buys back more clock than it spends, and holding one through a whole corner is a STYLE! and a second and a half on top. Drift refills the clock. Crash, and it burns. Deliveries pay for the distance you drove them, near misses pay for the nerve, and a wall costs you three seconds. The clock is not a countdown you watch, it is a wage you earn. Corner after corner, not one long donut. A slide pays a STYLE! once it has lived 1.2 seconds, and that is where the money is — +1.5 s and three combo at once, against the +0.9 s a half-second beat pays. Hold it through the corner. Past that the same slide pays less with every further half-second, and a new slide starts from the top, so the next corner is worth more than the rest of this one. Keep finding corners — but a flick that never lives a second and a bit is worth close to nothing. Earn your way past ninety seconds and you are on overtime — the game says the word, and out there the clock starts running away from you faster and faster while the city darkens around you, evening into the small hours. The traffic thickens as the night goes on. Squeeze past for the points; touch one and it costs you. The same streets get harder without a single new rule to learn. Long Haul is the other shift: no clock, five lives, and every second delivery buys one back. Deliver to keep going, as long as you can keep going. Two controls, one thumb each. Best score per shift, and a leaderboard for each.
