Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Gamemoor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — guests and registered accounts alike.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gamemoor. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions where the minimum age is higher must comply with local law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to circumvent platform security; submit false scores or exploit leaderboard mechanics; upload, distribute, or facilitate malware through any game build; harass other users; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Game content
Games hosted on Gamemoor are independently created. We review submissions for compliance with our content policy (PEGI 3–16 only, no NSFW content), but we do not endorse the views expressed in third-party game content. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Subscription billing is monthly or annual as selected; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.
7. Intellectual property
Gamemoor and its original content (branding, design, first-party games) are owned by Wildmoor Studio. Third-party game content remains the property of its respective developers.
8. Limitation of liability
Gamemoor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Wildmoor Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
